Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery
MoseoTool specializes in digital products (including downloadable Notion templates and premium tools access). Because these digital goods are immediately active and accessible upon payment, we generally enforce a strict no-refund policy.
2. Cancellation Terms
For any recurring subscriptions or tools memberships, you are free to cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles. You will retain premium features until the end of your prepaid period.
3. Exceptions for Refund Requests
Refunds or transaction reversals may be granted on a case-by-case basis under these specific situations:
- Double Billing: You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a network delay.
- File Corruption: The template you purchased has a technical error and cannot be duplicated or loaded into your Notion workspace, and our support team cannot fix the link within 48 hours.
4. Refund Timelines
All approved refunds are sent through Razorpay directly to the original payment source (card, bank account, UPI). Reversals take 5 to 7 business days to credit back into your account, as per standard banking protocol.
