MoseoTool operates 100% as a web application platform. We provide SEO utilities, calculative tools, document convertors, and digital templates.

We do not ship physical goods or inventory. Therefore, there are no shipping costs, courier channels, or transit time periods involved with using our services.

2. Delivery Protocol

All paid templates or custom download assets are dispatched instantly to your registered user dashboard/email address as soon as payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Delivery is instant and electronic.

3. Return Policy

Because our goods are intangible and cannot be returned, we do not accept physical returns. Once digital access is established, it cannot be returned. If you experience an error in file download or delivery, write to us and we will restore access manually.
